Collect every item that was needed, forgotten, borrowed or unused during a trip.

Organise

Group items by purpose: documents, clothing, tools, power, health, weather and route.

Plan

Choose the list for the trip type. Remove anything that does not match the route or conditions.

Execute

Pack from the list. Mark packed items once.

Review

After return, record what was missing, excess or unreliable.

Archive

Save the final list with the trip notes.

Improve

Update the base list only when the evidence repeats or the failure was serious.
